6 cups water + bouillon or 6 cups broth
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup liquid sweetener (honey, agave, maple syrup)
2 Tbsp Ginger (purée, powder, shredded)
2 Tbsp Garlic (purée, powder, fresh)
16 oz whole wheat linguine broken in half
3-4 cups shredded/chopped veggies (onion, cabbage, carrots, string beans, snow peas, bok choy, etc)
Put liquid ingredients and spices in the IP and stir until combined. Layer the linguine in liquid, alternating direction as you add a layer (criss cross). Some may be above the liquid line. Add shredded veggies. Cook on manual for 5 minutes. Quick release and stir. Add 1-2 Tbsp sesame oil. If too liquidy, you can remove some of the liquid or add a cornstarch slurry and let thicken for a few minutes.
