About

Heather Morgan currently is a Health Coach and Recipe Developer in a web-based diet and lifestyle program that focuses on clean eating and unprocessed foods. She also teaches cooking classes to adults and children, demonstrating ways to add more fruits and vegetables into everyday dishes.

Her motivations for incorporating more nutrition into family meals have included hosting an organic produce cooperative for over 7 years and volunteering at the local soup kitchen as a cook and kitchen worker for a decade. Through her own research and experimentation over the past 15 years, she has learned multiple ways to incorporate nutritious cooking into her family’s lifestyle.  Heather enjoys sharing her tips on healthy, creative ways to incorporate more nutrition into every meal, even for the pickiest of eaters, to anyone who will listen.

In addition to her hobby turned passion, Heather has been an elementary school teacher, preschool aide, girl scout leader and currently is a substitute teacher in the Morris School DIstrict. She has held leadership positions in multiple volunteer parent groups, such as the MOMS club and HSA.

Heather’s steadfast mission is to guide and support others in creating a more nutritious household. She is always looking for new ways to add nutrition into meals different families can enjoy, along with showing children how they can prepare and eat healthier for years to come. She is excited to share her knowledge and passion with adults and children alike through live and virtual cooking classes.
