Instant Pot Chili

Ingredients:

4 cans beans, rinsed and drained

1 can diced tomatoes

1 large can or jar tomato sauce

1 container Mirapoix (or chopped carrot, celery, onion)

2-3 Tbsp chili mix seasoning

2 Tbsp garlic powder

Optional: ground meat or meatless crumbles

Directions:

If using ground meat, brown first using saute function. Then put all ingredients into Instapot. Set IP for 20 minutes, quick release.

Crockpot directions: Brown meat (optional) in pan on stove. Add all ingredients to crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours.
