After school virtual “club” that engages your child(ren) in preparing, cooking and nutritious discussions.
Each series will meet once a week, on Tuesday afternoons at 4PM, for three weeks. There will be 3 sessions in each series. Sessions will take place over Zoom.
Each session will be approximately 1 hour. Teacher will guide the students in real time through all aspects of the recipe from prep to completion. Parents are responsible for overall supervision of child(ren) with knives, appliances and stove top cooking.
Recipes, recipe binder and shopping list provided as part of registration. Some fun cooking tools will also be provided in each sign up kit. Options provided for those who want to prep in advance. Recorded video will be provided for those that want to review or who can’t view the class live. Purchase all 3 series for a discount!
Optional kits can be purchased which includes the non-perishable foods to be used in the recipes. Parents are still to provide the produce and dairy products needed in the recipes.
Recipes are vegetarian with easy adaptations for dairy-free, gluten-free, nut-free and vegan lifestyles.

January 12,19,26 – Toaster Oven Finger Foods

February 9,16,23 – Muffins for Every Occasion
